Vein Viewer Vision 2

It’s here! The Battlefords Healthcare Foundation is excited to announce that the Vein Viewer Vision 2 has arrived at the Operating Room at Battlefords Union Hospital.

This important piece of equipment was purchased with funds raised through Swinging with the Stars 2026, and it will help healthcare teams locate veins quickly and accurately using advanced near-infrared technology.

For patients, that can mean easier IV starts, fewer needle attempts and less discomfort, especially for children, seniors and patients with difficult-to-access veins.

This is another great example of how our community’s support of Swinging with the Stars translates directly into better healthcare close to home.
