North Battleford, Sask. — Oct. 20th, 2025 — Imagine being in the Operating Room, where every second counts and the difference between life and death is in the hands of our healthcare teams. The Battlefords Healthcare Foundation (BHC Foundation) is proud to launch its 300 Warriors Campaign, a community-driven initiative bringing local businesses, organizations, and individuals together to make a real difference in patient care.

This year, we have a clear and urgent goal: to raise $60,000 for a new cardiac monitoring system for the OR. This lifesaving equipment will allow our medical teams to monitor patients’ hearts in real time, respond instantly to emergencies, and help save lives right here in our community.

You can become a “Warrior” by pledging a donation through numbered envelopes from $25 to $324, with bonus envelopes ($325–$400) for those who want to make an even bigger impact. Each envelope is more than a donation; it’s a heartbeat of hope, a way to support local healthcare and strengthen the care our friends, family, and neighbors receive.

“Every donation shows that we care as a community,” says Leanne Ducommun, Executive Director, BHC Foundation. “The 300 Warriors Campaign proves that when we come together, even small acts of generosity can create a ripple effect that truly saves lives.”

How to Join the Fight:

• Visit bhcfoundation.ca to pledge your envelope(s)

• Invite your friends, family, and colleagues to become Warriors

• Follow the Foundation on social media for updates and campaign highlights

The 300 Warriors Campaign runs until November 21, 2025. Together, we can make sure every patient in the Battlefords and surrounding area has access to the best possible care because every heartbeat matters.
